SoMe LITTle INtereStiNG FAcT of LIFES

Pretty sure all of you already know these facts , but just wanna share them and remind peoples . Doing my job as a way to improve better lifestyles . Some of you might think this is boring , but why dont try to go through the list ? Is only 10 of them and tell me how many you did and did not do them ?

The result will be interesting.

Do's

1.Drink soya bean instead of milk
2.Keep your bed away from any plug , no plug within 30 meters/
3.Sleep from 10pm to 6 am (the normal resting time)
4.Eat garlic to prevent flu ( I know it stink , but good for health)
5.For every half an hour at the screen , change your vision to somewhere far , well be better if is in green .



Don't
1.Dont't eat supper , might cause stomach cancer.
2.Don't sleep more then 8 hours , you might be dumb for it.
3.Don't drink more then 2 cups of tea/coffee , it might wash away your protein.
4.Don't eat tomato if you are hungry .
5.Don't eat fruits after your dinner/lunch , eat them before .


See?tell me the result....and I bet some of them must be new for you...So stay tunes...
