Pretty sure all of you already know these facts , but just wanna share them and remind peoples . Doing my job as a way to improve better lifestyles . Some of you might think this is boring , but why dont try to go through the list ? Is only 10 of them and tell me how many you did and did not do them ?

Do's

1.Drink soya bean instead of milk
2.Keep your bed away from any plug , no plug within 30 meters/
3.Sleep from 10pm to 6 am (the normal resting time)
4.Eat garlic to prevent flu ( I know it stink , but good for health)

5.For every half an hour at the screen , change your vision to somewhere far , well be better if is in green .

Don't
1.Dont't eat supper , might cause stomach cancer.
2.Don't sleep more then 8 hours , you might be dumb for it.
3.Don't drink more then 2 cups of tea/coffee , it might wash away your protein.
4.Don't eat tomato if you are hungry .
5.Don't eat fruits after your dinner/lunch , eat them before .

Ever grown up looking outside the windows , looking at other kids playing around your house corner?

Everything seems to be so nice and interesting and you told yourself , how I wish I can join them..

I grew up and learned a lot of mistakes that I made

As a kid , sometimes I knew stuffs too much

As an adult , sometimes I am still so childish and naive

When did I ever gonna grow up?

Recipes for Sweer Sour Spareribs Pork (tang cu pai gu)糖醋排骨

Also known as sweet vinegar ribs , this is definetly one of the best way to eat pork ribs . Not only it removed the smells from pork and it is also healthier . Vinegar removed the oil and sugar adding sweetness to the meat .

Ingredients :
Pork Ribs (500g , sliced to this shape)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Onion (sliced , 1 stroke)
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoon of fruit vinegar

Methods :
1)Boil a pot of water . When boiled put in the ribs . If they are not froven , cook them for 10mins , it should be cooked and remove the smell of pork . Take them out and set them aside .
2)Heat the pan . Pour some oil just enough to cover the surface .
3)When the oil is heated enough , put the sugar into it . Quickly mix it around and keep mixing it , sugar burned easily . After well mixed , you may noticed the oil more sticky .
4)Put in the boiled Pork Ribs . Mix them well with the oil . Make sure all of them are covered equally .
5)Take them out and set them aside again . Next heat new oil .
6)Put in the onions and garlic . Stir them a while until the aroma is there . Put in the pork ribs .
7)Slightly fry them . After 3 minutes , pour in the vinegar and stir them a while . Add soy sauce , salts to colour and taste . ( Depends indivdually) .
8)After they are all well mixed and coloured , it is ready to be served .


Simple enough , you have your food ready .

Tips : You may also add dry chili in step 6 , if you would like a little bit of spicy taste .

How To Stay Awake the whole day or night

Well , recently I came across this interesting article about staying awake to play the latest version of COD ( Call of Duty : Black Ops ) , incredibly amazing , that's what keep people interested in , instead of how to study whole night , but this article , how to stay awake whole night to finish the game , surprisingly have a better hit . Sharing some of the tips with you all :

1)Pulling your earlobes :
   -pulling your earlobes when you are falling asleep provides a small jolt of energy .

2)Bulldog Clips :
  -The easiest way to apply acupressure without using both hands is by using bulldog clips . It hurts like hell and the pain for sure gonna keep you awake . If you wanna go for something more intense , go clip them under your balls . I am not sure if it will do more damages to other parts ?

3)Disturbing Status Update :
   -Facebook !!! Again , facebook . Basically , just update your status to make yourself looks kind of emo , for example , "I am so tired of life , should I or should I not ? Maybe leaving this world is a better choice " . DON'T use smileys , it might make you looks like you are joking . Your phone and SMS gonna be ringing whole day long .

4)Sausages :
   -Hang some fresh sausages out of your windows , your neighbourhood dogs are gonna like it and bark for the whole long night .

5)Constant LOLS :
   -Laughing definetly helps . It stimulate your brain . Go through my blog , and I am sure you will laugh pretty much .

As we can see , is rather hard for us to decide which phone to buy , both of them can be actually considered as one of the top phone available in market now . So here , I am gonna elaborate some of the pros and cons of these two phones .

Display :
Iphone 4 totally beat Desire HD without doubt . The higher resolution for Iphone 4 and with the Retina's display specially designed for reading in bright , definitely is a better choice for users going for looking at the phone all the time.

Applications :
Well , this is a hard one , as both phones offer quite a variety of applications and games . But somehow , Android is expanding faster and the amount of softwares is increasing as we speaks . Best of all is , more softwares is free for Android users .

Bluetooth :
I am sure if you owned an Iphone 3 before you would notice this problem too . Sadly but true , the bluetooth function provided by Iphone can be only use to transfer files from IPhone to IPhone ( guess this is one of the way to reduce piracy?) . It will not work hand in hand or actually without touching the hand ( wireless) with others phone . Unless you somehow jailbreak your Iphone , which risk of voiding the warranty from Apple .

Something I would bring up particulary is the new function by HTC Sense . This is for sure one of the coolest thing provide by HTC . It claimed that it can power up to 10 times the speed for filtering your email . You can also save your text messages online , delete them through online , and so . No more fear for losing your phone , as you can trace them using HTC sense .

If I can afford another phone , this is what I will go for :

HTC Desire Z
-comes with a useful keypad , for users that prefer tapping something that will bounced.
-runs with android 2.2 .
-but , 5 MP camera ( well , I will buy digital camera if I really gonna take photo)
